Lyons junior Tyler Ball won the boys 2A title, covering the 5-kilometer course in 16:16.7 at the Colorado High School Activities Association state championship meet at Norris Penrose Events Center in Colorado Springs. Ball secured the individual crown after not racing at the state meet last year, helping Lyons finish third overall with 60 points. Ball became the first individual champion for Lyons since Isaac Roberts in 2019.
